Win-Win-Win Research Initiative · A live hour
Where the Decision Shows Its Shape
An hour at the crossroads, with leaders who recognized something of themselves in the research.
Tuesday 22 September 2026 · 1:00 pm Eastern · 7:00 pm Berlin
The Crossroads Report named a pattern. What a report cannot do is give anyone a room to talk about it.
So there is one now. One hour, live, on Tuesday 22 September.
Small enough that nobody has to perform.
What the hour actually is
Not a presentation. No slides, no findings deck.
It opens with a line or two from the research, in the participants' own words. Then two or three leaders bring what they are actually carrying, and the room stays with each one long enough for the decision to show its shape. Uwe holds the structure: asks, waits, names the distinction. No advice.
Everyone else listens, and that is not a lesser seat. One participant described what happened when he read the Crossroads Report written for him:
Allowed me to step outside of my immediate experience as if I were reading about another leader struggling with something similar. Objectivity is a powerful sense.
Sitting with another leader's decision while it opens does the same thing, without the exposure. That is why three people going deep is worth more to the room than twenty people getting a turn.
It closes on one question put to everyone. So what is now possible?
One rule, and it holds
Nothing said in the hour leaves it attached to a name.
The hour is recorded for one reason, which is the written distillation afterward. The recording goes nowhere else.
That is what makes the rest of it possible.
Who is in the room
Founders and CEOs of pioneer-stage companies, at a point where instinct says one thing and doubt says another, and the timing of the decision matters.
Not a crisis. Earlier than that, when the pattern is still quiet.
