What this policy covers
This policy describes what happens to personal data when you visit www.uwedockhorn.com, fill in a form here, book a conversation, or watch a video on the site. It was written from an inspection of what the site actually loads, in September 2026.
Consent, and what runs before you give it
The site uses a consent manager, Termly, which blocks non-essential scripts until you accept them. Until you make a choice, only the services marked essential below are active. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the consent link on the site.
The services this site uses
Kajabi. The site is built and hosted on Kajabi (Kajabi LLC, United States). Kajabi processes the technical data needed to serve pages, and it holds any information you submit through a form on this site. Kajabi’s own analytics pipeline records page views and the website that referred you.
Cloudflare. (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) Protects the site against automated abuse and sets a cookie for that purpose. Essential.
Amazon Web Services. (United States) Routes requests to the servers. Essential.
Termly. (Termly, Inc., United States) The consent manager itself. It records that you were shown the banner and what you chose. Essential.
Wistia. (Wistia, Inc., United States) Hosts and plays the videos on the home page and the My Story page, and remembers how far through a video you are.
Calendly. (Calendly LLC, United States) Provides the booking calendar on the booking pages. When you book, Calendly processes the details you enter in order to schedule the conversation.
Stripe. (Stripe, Inc., United States and Ireland) Payment processing is connected to the platform. No products are offered for sale on this website at present.
Transfers outside the EU
All of the services above are operated by companies based in the United States. Data may be processed there.
Server log data
Each request to the site is recorded by the hosting infrastructure with the usual technical details: the address requested, the date and time, the browser and operating system in use, and the requesting IP address. This is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure.
Forms, downloads and email
Where you enter your details to receive a report, register for a session, or contact me, those details are stored in Kajabi and are used to send you what you asked for and to reply to you. Where you have agreed to receive further messages, you can withdraw that agreement at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to the address above.
How long data is kept
Data is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and after that for as long as the law requires it to be kept.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to have its processing restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
